Legal Aid, or Public Funding, as it is now known, is dependant on financial eligibility as well as the merits of your case. Many people think that Legal Aid is only available to you if you are on benefits or have no income - but this is not the case. You might qualify for Legal Aid even if you have good income.

Pay as you go scheme

In view of the recent changes to legal aid, we are now pleased to offer our clients a pay as you go facility, whereby you will only be charged for the work undertaken by us face to face with you. We will be happy to guide you through your case, and carry out any work, including drafting letters, completing forms, and addressing anything that is worrying you. , and we will even attend hearings on an ad hoc basis, as and when you need us to, without your having to commit to a large legal bill at the end of the case or have to pay money on account. You settle your bill at the end of your meeting and "pay as you go", we're here as and when you need us.
